Christian health and wellness is based on the idea of stewardship over one's body, which is seen as a gift from God. This stewardship involves taking care of one's body as a way to honor God and express gratitude for his grace. Christians believe that health is a virtue that allows people to be present with each other in sickness and suffering. Health is a reflection of God's love, and that people can be happier and better people if they are healthy.
